Welcome to Emma’s Laundromat! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our laundry services, including self-service washing and drying, wash-and-fold services, and pickup & delivery options (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By using our Services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian. If you book Services on behalf of an organization or business, you must confirm that you have the authority to do so.

2. Our Services

We offer a range of laundry services to meet the needs of individuals, families, and businesses, including:

Self-Service Laundry: Use our high-efficiency washers and dryers at your convenience.
Wash and Fold: Drop off your laundry, and we’ll wash, dry, and fold it for you.
Pickup and Delivery: Schedule a pickup, and we’ll return your clothes fresh and ready to wear.
Commercial Laundry: Laundry services for businesses, including hotels, gyms, salons, Airbnbs, and medical facilities.

All Services are subject to availability, and we have the right to modify, stop, or refuse Services at our discretion.

3. Customer Responsibilities

When using our Services, you must:

Check your pockets for money, keys, ink pens, and other valuables.
Provide accurate information when booking or using our services.
Follow all laundromat rules and instructions for self-service use.
Refrain from overloading machines or using prohibited items.
Collect your laundry within the specified timeframe.
Inform us about any special care requirements before we process your laundry.

4. Payment Terms

Service costs may vary for commercial or regular laundry services.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments as indicated on our website and in-store.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you fail to make timely payments for recurring services.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that schedules change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.

Self-Service Laundry: No refunds are issued once the washing or drying cycle has started.
Wash & Fold / Pickup & Delivery: For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Commercial Laundry: Refunds for deposits or prepaid services will be considered case-by-case.

6. Facility Rules & Conduct

We follow strict regulations to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all customers. Our facility rules include:

No smoking, vaping, or alcohol consumption inside the laundromat.
No pets are allowed except for service animals.
Do not overload machines or use excessive detergent.
Supervise children and do not leave them alone in the laundromat.
Respect other customers—no loud music or disruptive behavior.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask customers to leave if they fail to comply with these rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Emma’s Laundromat is NOT responsible for:

Any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our Services.
Damage or loss of laundry due to customer negligence or machine misuse.
Shrinkage, fading, or wear and tear after following normal laundry practices.

Items left in machines, forgotten in our facility, or left unattended

Personal injuries resulting from improper machine use or failure to follow facility rules

8. Indemnification

By using our Services, you agree to indemnify and hold Emma’s Laundromat, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Your failure to comply with these Terms.
Your misuse of our facility or equipment.
Any damage or loss caused by your actions within the laundromat.

9. Policy Changes

Emma’s Laundromat reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes with a revised effective date are posted on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
